ABOUT YOUR TEACHER

Cydny Voicechovski became yoga certified through Marianne Wells School of Yoga, in Costa Rica. Cydny is a professionally trained dancer, teaching since 2009. Thanks to a lifetime in the field her education on the body became quite extensive, which made yoga a natural transition.

Between a life of travel and movement, she was determined to create a routine that benefited her lifestyle. Thus Yoga "OM" The Go was born. 

 

ABOUT THE PRACTICES

PRE-TRIP YOGA

THIS YOGA PRACTICE IS BEST EXECUTED BEFORE THE START OF YOUR TRAVELS. REGARDLESS IF IT’S BY PLANE, TRAIN, OR AUTOMOBILE. GET YOUR DAY STARTED WITH A FULL BODY STRETCH.

ALTHOUGH THESE STRETCHES CAN BE DONE ANYWHERE YOU PLACE YOUR MAT, WE SAY ITS BEST DONE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING.

BEFORE YOU GET OUT OF BED. YOU CAN ALWAYS START YOUR DAY FRESH WITH THESE PRE-TRIP ASANAS.

 

DURING-TRIP YOGA

SITTING FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME IS NEVER GOOD FOR THE BODY. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THESE CHAIR YOGA MOVES TO KEEP YOUR BLOOD CIRCULATING. PERFECT FOR THE CAR, PLANE, TRAIN, EVEN THE OFFICE.

WE ALWAYS ENCOURAGE YOU TO TAKE A MOMENT TO STAND AND WALK AROUND AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE.

NO YOGA MAT NEEDED. AVOID GETTING TIGHT WITH THESE ASANAS.

 

POST-TRIP YOGA

THIS YOGA PRACTICE IS BEST EXECUTED AFTER YOUR TRAVELS.

NO MATTER HOW MUCH WE TRY, IT’S IMPORTANT TO GET THE BODY MOVING AFTER A LONG PERIOD OF STILLNESS.
THESE ASANAS CAN BE PRACTICED ANYWHERE, AT ANY TIME.
IN 20 MINUTES YOU WILL FEEL REJUVENATED, ENERGIZED, AND READY TO GO.

CAN EASILY WORK IN ANY TIGHT SPACE, LIKE A HOTEL ROOM.

Cydny's "Om" the go yoga is a must!! I love how the class was structured- It's really yoga that you can do anywhere, not a lot of room any fancy equipment needed. And the best part a reminder that I can always be in motion even when I am confined to small space. I used to do yoga a couple years back but fell off the wagon a bit since then. I feel like Cydny's class reminded me how important it is to include yoga (especially the basics) in my exercise repertoire. I felt rejuvenated and energized the rest of my day after class that morning. Overall was really impressed with her skill set, delivery, and the results from just this one, basic, but effective class.
