Today on episode 65 we will be speaking to Rachael Taylor from The Creative Rachael.
Pain… I believe we are all dealing with pain in some shape or form. Some of us are better at hiding it more than others, but regardless it is there. One of the most important quotes I have ever encountered is “Be kind, you never know what battles the person beside you is fighting.” Ain’t that the truth? We are all dealing with something. Worried about our job, a test we have to take at school, dealing with a breakup, a loss, feeling ill, running late, whatever the heck it may be we are are dealing with something.
Our guest Rachael deals with chronic pain everyday. She was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and although on the outside she looks like a perfectly functioning human being, on the inside she is conquering battles against her own body every hour. It’s a debilitating position to be in and like most western societies we like to numb the pain through medication that often held her back even more. Rachael did not want to be held back and decided to take matter into her own hands. She shares with us an empowering story on how she found ways to beat the pain, get off her meds, workout again, and build a life she loves.
